If I work with WSL, what is the process?
Our work process unfolds in three steps:
- Step 1: It always begins with a conversation. What are the questions you need to have answered? What work have you already done? And what should success look like?
- Step 2: We customize a proposal that includes a detailed process of how we’ll get to your results. It’s basically a strategic menu, with timing and fees.
- Step 3: Throughout this process, we will collaborate with you, step-by-step, to ensure the outcome brings you success.
How long would it take to make my retail strategy plan?
It all depends on what you need, and when. Some solutions are faster because we can quickly leverage our proprietary research and tools, as well as our retailer relationships, to get the answers fast. If the strategic needs are more in-depth, we might have to conduct custom research or investigate new white space market opportunities and innovations around the world, and that can take several months. But regardless of the requirements, we will work step-by-step with you.
